BOOKING YOUR DAY
THE PROCESS
We are all about real, authentic moments and honest, heartfelt relationships. Which would you prefer: A stranger capturing your wedding day, or a friend?! Before we book with any of our couples we want to get together and have a conversation, meet for a cup of coffee or have a video call. We like it when everyone gets to know each other. You can ask us any questions you may have, figure out how we fit together and whether our style is right for you!
Once we’ve gotten to know each other and had some fun hanging out, it’s time to book your special day! Most of our clients book at least a year in advance as our calendars fill up very quickly. If your date is sooner, let us know - There is always a chance we are still free, as we have a large team! To guarantee your date we require a signed contract and deposit. Once we get go ahead from you we will send you payment details and the contract.

Some dates and months are more popular than others, so it’s best to book as far ahead as you can to avoid disappointment.

A 50% deposit and signed contract are required in order to get your wedding day on the calendar. Two weeks prior to your wedding, the remainder of the balance is due.
We love to travel! It’s fantastic to shoot in new locations, whether it’s at the tropical country, in the big city, or even further afield including international destinations. As part of the packages we do add travel expenses for the team.
It all depends on the which collection you finalize. Most collections include two photographers. We know how big and precious this day is and having a second team ensures that every beautiful moment is captured.
There is a Two-month window to edit all the photos send them to you. Sometimes this can be more or less depending on the season. However, you will be informed about the timing in advance.
